Awesome Guys!!! My 1year old F150 was telling me I needed an Oil Change on the dash! I only had over 5000 miles on my truck and knew that these engines didnt need a change until 10,000 or a year . These Gentlemen could have taken me for $105.00 for the change easily , But they were awesome and did not! They explained to me about my engine , reset my dash and sent me on my way!!! After trying my regular places who wanted me to make an appointment fir 2 weeks in the future or leave my car for 7 hours. I went here. Less than 49 min later, I had new oil, pil filter, new windshield wipers, my tires were checked, my wind shield wiper fluid was full, they changed the transmission and power steering fluid. Less than $300. They were polite, informative, and worked quickly. I will return.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the value and outstanding service. The Corey and Troy were very professional, thorough and did a full check of everything before letting me leave. Which turn out that the filter had a defective gasket and they didn't hesitate to replace it and make sure everything was ok. And even applied a coupon for the wait. They explained everything and were super fast and friendly. I will definitely make use of the free top-offs before the next service is due. Came to the center with my first oil change and noticed the customer was being treated to excellent customer service. From the way the technician was providing service, I thought for sure he was the owner. It turned out he was an employee, but just acted like this was his own business. Mark spent time with me explaining I didn't quite need my oil changed as I use synthetic, saving me money, but checked tire pressure, windows, lights and topped off all fluids... I was driving on Union Lake Rd. and ran over something in the road and realized we had a flat tire. We pulled into the first place we saw, which was the Oil Exchange. Tyson came out before we even got out of the car, told us to pull onto level land, and asked us if he could change the tire. He brought his own tools, he was done in no time at all. I asked him if he would take some cash, but he said no that's okay. But I went ahead and got twenty dollars and gave it to him anyway. I asked him to buy his buddy a drink that helped Tyson with the tire and he said that he would jst buy everybody lunch. I told him thank you very much and he said to just pay it forward. I have been going to Oil Exchange in downtown Walled Lake for years and they have been beyond helpful and honest, they are fast and don't try ramming extra stuff down your throat, the staff is very polite and on 2 occassions told me I didn't need an oil change yet even tho it cost them the sale. I am recommending them to everyone I know in the area and am glad I have found such a quality place to do business with, I was in on Friday, April 18th 2014 and they did an excellent job for me and were beyond polite and helpful.

HOLY CRAP! I just had my first oil change here after going to the same place in Waterford for over 13 years. The service was outstanding and they were actually polite. Sean (I believe that was his name) showed me some major problems with a filter and sludge I had no idea about (first oil change on the car since I bought it). He saved my engine and helped me with the price. Being I work half a mile up the road this is now my oil change place. They get it. Not just the oil part but how to interact with a customer. No forceful upselling just straight up here's what we see (proof) and a result if you let it go or how long you can go before you need to have it done. Well done everyone!

Prior to my becoming a loyal customer, I used to service my car at a "competitor" business, the competitor once diagonosed my car and stated that I needed a fuel pump, I was about to go for it before a friend recommended me to this place, it turns out I only needed a fuel filter which only costed a few bucks. I don't know much about this mechanical mumbo jumbo, but I do know these are hard working patriots that have my business for life.
